We ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT ship the same business day. All material is packed cold-chain and shipped with insulation. Some materials are restricted in some jurisdictions and we cannot deliver where they are prohibited. Buyers are responsible for confirming what may lawfully be received at their address.
We collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address to process your order and ship it to you, and we keep a record of what you ordered and when. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Checkmate Labs does not receive, see, or store your card number — card details are entered directly into the provider's secure fields and never reach our servers. We receive only confirmation that payment succeeded or failed, and the last four digits for reconciliation. We share your details only with the carrier delivering your order, our payment provider, and our accountant and tax authorities as required by law. We do not sell your information. Order records are kept for seven years for tax and audit purposes. To ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion, email checkmatelabsllc@gmail.com.
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong material, email checkmatelabsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund it, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier; where loss is confirmed we will replace or refund. Because these are temperature-sensitive reference materials whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our control, we cannot accept returns of material that has shipped except where it arrived damaged or incorrect, and opened vials cannot be returned under any circumstances. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch — email us with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
